Rank Terrace is a mixed-use development designed to bring balance and cohesion to a dynamic urban setting. Situated at a busy crossroad, the project required a visually striking yet functional design to engage with its surroundings while maintaining the distinct identity of each space. It houses a bustling restaurant, retail shops, and a serene derasar, with dedicated parking for both residential and commercial users.

The owner’s commercial building and office take centre stage, designed to be both bold and welcoming. Biophilic elements are carefully integrated, with greenery weaving through the glass façade, softening the structure’s visual impact and reducing heat. Large balconies extend from the building, featuring perforated screens that filter light and provide privacy while maintaining an open, breathable feel.
Since Rank Terrace sits at a highly active junction, its façade had to be engaging from all angles. The interplay of solid and transparent materials, combined with geometric refinements, creates a dynamic visual language that shifts throughout the day. The terrace, positioned as a key viewpoint, comes to life in the evenings, serving as a vibrant break spot with panoramic views of the surroundings.
Through refined geometry, optimised volumes, and intentional design, Rank Terrace transforms from a collection of disparate elements into a cohesive, dynamic, and visually compelling landmark. Every space is carefully crafted to feel both distinct and interconnected, making the project not just a development, but an experience that enhances its urban context.
