Chaya Kutir in Vijayawada, is designed to be a seamless blend of openness and intimacy. The flowing layout of the living, dining, and kitchen fosters everyday connection, while the Pooja room offers a sacred moment of pause. Each bedroom is uniquely personal, including a child’s room with a creative study nook. Thoughtful elements like a Buddha statue near the stairway and a serene terrace invite mindfulness and reflection.

Rooted in emotion and intention, the home evolves with its inhabitants, crafted not just to be lived in, but to be truly felt.

While the common areas embrace openness, the bedrooms were designed to be deeply personal. Each one reflects its inhabitant, crafted with comfort and individuality in mind.

As you move through the home, moments of calm are woven into the journey. The Buddha statue, placed thoughtfully near the stairway, isn’t just an element of design, it’s a reminder of stillness, of mindfulness, as you transition between spaces.

This villa was designed to create more than just a beautiful space, we wanted to craft an experience that felt intuitive, open, and deeply personal. At the heart of this home is a space designed for connection – the living, dining, and kitchen flowing as one. With no rigid boundaries, it fosters togetherness, making everyday moments feel more immersive and effortless.
